We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS on custom made items. These items are made specifically for you.


If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve this issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued ONLY if product was damaged during shipping.

  • You must return product for full refund.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately Notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
